As a recent (and happy) convert to Lawbyte there is one aspect from my previous accounts package that I wish could be incorporated into the system. A simple reverse posting facility would mean that when information is given twice or posted incorrectly then it can be reversed at the click of the mouse. The ledgers can be viewed with or without reversing entries showing and this gives a clean ledger showing only relevant information of what actually happened on the file without the fee earners getting all stressed out because they "never asked for that"!
