On 1st December 2008 the standard rate of VAT will be changed from 17.5% to 15%.
To change the rate within Lawbyte, on December 1st:
1. Go into Practice Maintenance (the first routine on the Practice Menu)
2. Select the Practice number, the Practice details will be displayed.
3. Change the 1st VAT rate at the bottom right from 17.5 to 15.
4. Click OK
Repeat for all VAT registered practices used on the system.
